ON-SITE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Our strong customer service has led us to establish an unrivalled team of service engineers, covering the whole country, who are fully trained in the maintenance and repair of the full range of bakery equipment. Where necessary, they have undergone factory training course on specific machines. They also carry a full range of spare parts (as practically as possible) and have all the necessary tools and equipment to undertake the task in hand. They are also able to deal with regular maintenance and servicing both for equipment we have supplied (new and used) and also a customer’s existing equipment. Regular service plans can be tailored to each customer’s individual requirements. We pride ourselves on a fast, efficient service with service calls that are reported in the morning being dealt with the same day. Occasionally, due to the nature of the fault, it may be the following day. For service calls, please contact either Stuart or Kathy.
