Delivery & Installation
For UK mainland delivery for smaller items, we use a courier service for next day delivery. For large items of plant and equipment, we use our own delivery trucks, all equipped with Hiab cranes and other moving equipment ie skates, pallet trucks, mini-lifts etc. Our experienced driver/fitters will connect your delivered equipment to mains services for testing. Only when all items have been installed and tested, do we ask for payment. If the machine is not as described or not fully working, then we will take it away at no cost whatsoever. For overseas orders, we can offer the following; Mainland Europe – road, full or part container delivery. Rest of the World – full or part container. Both are available as fob or cif – please contact Kathy for the latest prices. We are also able to deliver to your UK shipper or even load your container at our premises.
Viewing items - situated in the South of England we are more than happy for prospective clients to visit us and view our stock. We can offer collections from Taunton BR train station and Bristol airport. For clients who are unable to visit us you can be sure of 100 % accurate descriptions and our full guarantee. Our terms are as follows: 1. Delivery of used machinery, spares etc. can be by Post, Courier or Pallet Delivery Service. Payment is in advance by post-dated cheque, dated for after the delivery, to allow time for testing the equipment. 2. Delivery of used equipment by our own engineers. Payment in full, upon satisfactory installation and commissioning. 3. New Equipment. 30% with the order, 60% on delivery and 10% after 30 days. 4. Export Sales. Cleared funds prior to shipment. We accept the following methods of payment, cash, cheques, all major credit cards. We will be happy to arrange leasing, lease purchase and hire purchase or use your own finance company. We will also, in certain circumstances, take post dated cheques to cover deferred payments or structure stage payments. Please contact us to discuss this. |
